Community drumming is the type of circle that uses djembes, congas,
bongos, and any other type of drum you can imagine!
There is
no journey work to this type of circle.
Drumming is healing!
Research now shows the healing affects of drumming.
Drumming boosts the immune system, increases the production of cancer- killer cells
& reduces stress.

Drums & rattles & noisemakers of all kinds are
brought to share at the circles. We provide instruments and you
are welcome to bring your own. You can always tap on a water

permission to find and honor the rhythms that lie within each of us. The focus
is play, which means no agenda. The drum circles are not so
